Plumbeous Water Redstart

This bird is not seen in our plane. However, those who go to the mountains may have seen them. Because they live in the highlands of the mountains. They like to roam in hilly rivers, streams, waterfalls, near streams, in shady rocky areas. The birds pictured below are, of course, female birds. I met them at Shivkhola in North Bengal. Both males and females of this bird have a different appearance. The female bird is pale gray with white spots on the chest. They usually catch aquatic insects, small insects, flying flies, etc. However, see the pictures below. Thank you very much.
